Who is Kimzie Rose?

Move. Feel. Transform.

I’m Kimzie Rose - a dancer, teacher, creative, storyteller and, above all, a free spirit who believes that dance is for every body.

I’ve been dancing for over 20 years, with belly dance becoming a huge part of my life and my journey. What started as a love for movement has grown into something much bigger: a way of connecting with myself, expressing emotion, building confidence and bringing people together.

My approach to dance is simple.

Come as you are. Leave inspired.

I’m not interested in perfection, comparison or fitting into a particular shape or idea of what a dancer should look like. I believe you should be able to walk into a class exactly as you are - whether you're completely new to dance, returning after years away, or have been dancing for decades. There is no right body, right age or right level of experience.

There is just your body, your movement and your story.

My dance journey has taken me through many different styles and influences, but my heart lies in creating movement that feels expressive, earthy, musical and connected. I love exploring props, from zills and swords to silks and fan veils, and discovering how movement can become storytelling. For me, dance isn't just about learning steps. It’s about how you feel when you move.

It can make you laugh, challenge you, ground you, strengthen you, surprise you and sometimes even help you find a part of yourself that you had forgotten was there. That is the heart of K-Ro.

space without ego or toxicity.  A place where women support women, individuality is celebrated and passion doesn't have to become pressure.

Whether we're exploring belly dance, barre, props, storytelling or simply having a good old wiggle, my aim is always the same: to help you move, feel and transform — in your own way.
